Sanaa holds coalition responsible for torturing detainees in Marib

SANAA, Aug 15 (YPA) – Ministry of Human Rights of Sanaa government held on Tuesday the coalition-backed armed factions in Marib city the responsible for torturing detainees.

The ministry said in a news statement that it had received a report from the family of citizen Yassin Mohammed Mohammed al-Mutawakil, who was arrested while traveling to the city of Marib to buy a car in early May 2021.

The statement affirmed that the armed factions in Marib refused to release Yassin al-Mutawakel, along with hundreds of abductees, using various types of psychological and physical torture against them.
