Parliament warns coalition against depriving Yemenis of their wealth
SANAA, Aug. 15 (YPA) – The Yemeni Parliament in Sanaa on Tuesday warned the Saudi-led coalition against continuing to deprive the Yemeni people of their wealth.
In its session on Tuesday, the Parliament stressed the importance of taking seriously the recent warnings of the leader of the Yemeni revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Al-Houthi, noting the people have suffered greatly and will not allow looting their national wealth or occupying their country.
The Parliament referred to the effects of the aggressive war and what true peace requires in light of the continued siege and occupation and the coalition’s efforts to spread strife.
It urged the need to strengthen steadfastness, shoulder historical, national, and religious responsibility, and move with a high level of awareness and insight.
