Over 1.5 million square meters handed over to industrial investors in Hodeida

HODEIDA, Aug. 15 (YPA) – The Minister of Industry in the Sanaa government, Muhammad Al-Mutahar, stated on Monday that the area handed over to investors in the industrial city in Hodeida province amounts to more than 1,531,000 square meters.

The minister explained that the investment projects include the establishment of industrial complexes for the production of various foodstuffs and woven bags, a coal-fired electric power generation project with a capacity of 100 megawatts, as well as a logistical support complex for the storage and handling of goods and raw materials.

Al-Mutahar called on investors and the commercial and industrial sectors to invest in the industrial zone in Hodeida, confirming that they would find all facilities and services in the zone.
