Ministry of Industry hands 10 project sites to investors in Hodeida

HODEIDA, Aug. 13 (YPA) – The Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Supervisory Committee of the Industrial Zone in Hodeida province handed over on Sunday the sites of ten investment projects in the Industrial Zone.

The investment projects include projects in the fields of electricity with coal, food industries, knitting bags, logistical support for storage and sharing of goods, and raw materials.

During the handover ceremony, the First Undersecretary of Hodeida Governorate, Ahmed Al-Bishri, emphasized the significance of promoting investment opportunities in the province to establish promising projects, revive the economy, and employ the workforce.

Al-Bishri affirmed the state’s keenness to facilitate procedures for investors to promote an industrial and commercial renaissance that serves the country’s economy.

He called on the investors who received the investment sites to implement qualitative projects and work to speed up their implementation.
