WORLD, Aug 06 (YPA) -North Korean leader Kim Jong Un toured the country’s key weapons factories, and he was on progress in achieving defense policies.
According to the North Korea’s official Korean Central News Agency, Kim visited factories including those producing artillery systems and launch vehicles for nuclear-capable ballistic missiles, explaining that the Korean leader was briefed on the progress made in achieving the goals and policies of the Workers’ Party of Korea in the field of defense industry.
During Kim’s visit, he stressed the factory’s “important responsibilities and tasks in perfecting (the North’s) war readiness,” North Korea’s official Korean Central News Agency said.
The Korean leader praised the successes achieved in increasing vehicles production, and creating the ability to produce large quantities of missiles intended for high-caliber missile launchers.
