SANAA, July. 24 (YPA) – The National Center of Meteorology expected that Yemen will witness hot weather, specifically in the deserts and internal plateaus, with maximum temperatures ranging between 38-45 degrees Celsius.
In its weather bulletin, the center indicated that the weather in the coastal areas and the Socotra archipelago will be hot and humid, with maximum temperatures ranging between 33-39 C.
It reported the possibility of rainfall in areas of the provinces of Aden, Lahj, Taiz, Ibb, Dhalea, Raymah, Mahweet, west of Sanaa and Hajjah, Abyan, Shabwa and Hadramout.
The center also warned of high waves and sea turbulence around the Socotra archipelago, the southern and eastern coasts, the southwest coast, and the entrance to Bab al-Mandab, calling for taking the necessary precautions, warning of low horizontal visibility during and after the rains.
