Sanaa receives foreign media delegations

SANAA, July 12 (YPA) – Minister of Information of the Sanaa government, Dhaifallah Al-Shami, met on Wednesday with a number of foreign media delegations currently visiting Yemen.

Al-Shami confirmed, during his meeting with correspondents and journalists of the French Agency, German TV, and Al-Jazeera English-language channel, the Information Ministry’s readiness to provide facilities to media delegations participating in covering the efforts to save the floating reservoir “Safer”.

He noted the importance of the international media keeping pace with the steps, stages, and procedures of saving the “Safer” ship and informing global public opinion of its details and the steps that accompanied it to prevent an environmental disaster.

For their part, the media delegations appreciated the facilities provided by the Ministry of Information for the arrival of foreign media representatives to the capital, Sanaa.
