Floods wash away dozens of cars in Taiz

TAIZ, June 20 (YPA) – Floods as a result of heavy rains washed on Monday away dozens of cars in the main roads linking Taiz and Lahj provinces, leading to the death of many travelers, including women and children.

Activists on social media circulated pictures of the rains in the water way of Wadi Al-Dhobab areas of Haifan district, sweeping away the cars.

They confirmed that the torrential rains caught the travelers suddenly and washed away 20 cars.
