Russian air defenses repel drone attack near Moscow

WORLD, May 30 (YPA) -Russian air defenses repelled a drone attack near the capital, Moscow on Tuesday morning, Russian media reported.

“Several buildings sustained minor damages as a result of a drone attack early on Tuesday on two buildings west and southwest of Moscow,” Russian Today website quoted Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin as saying.

He added that nobody was seriously injured and the emergency services are clarifying the circumstances of the incident.

The mayor urged citizens not to publish unverified information, relying only on official sources about the attack.
