Two Palestinians injured by Israeli occupation forces’ gunfire near Jenin

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, May 23 (YPA) – Two Palestinians have been  injured on Tuesday by Israeli gunfire during a military raid in the town of Qabatiya, south of the occupied West Bank city of Jenin, Palestinian sources said.

According to eyewitnesses, two Palestinian youths were injured after Israeli forces shot them while they were in their vehicle, sparking confrontations, during which the occupation soldiers’ fired bullets, sound bombs, and toxic gas bombs towards youths.

They added that one of the youths was injured with bullets in the chest, while the other was hit with shrapnel.

Both were taken to the Ibn Sina hospital in Jenin for treatment.

The occupation forces detained two Palestinians after raiding their families’ homes.
