Aden sons declare establishing forum to end coalition-made suffering

ADEN, May 22 (YPA) – Aden city’s sons declared on Monday the establishment of forum of forcibly displaced people” from the southern provinces, with the aim of ending their suffering that the coalition-backed armed factions made in south of Yemen.

Alaa Abdo Ahmed, a head of the forum, called for alleviating the suffering of the people of Aden and the displaced whose rights were violated by the armed factions, and for their release from prisons and secret detention facilities.

He explained that the sons of Aden were subjected to racist and regional violations by the factions affiliated with the coalition and put them in the prisons and detention centers.
Abdo Ahmed noted that the forum aiming to reunite the people of the city and the displaced and restore their stolen rights.

He called on in a statement the international human rights organizations to stand by the oppressed and forcibly displaced people of Aden who were dismissed from their jobs and to put an end to the violations committed by the factions funded by the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

For her part, Rajaa Ali Ismail, a director of the Women’s Department at the Forum, indicated that the coalition-backed factions violated the homes in Aden after campaigns of raids on homes, terrorizing women and children, and looting property.
She emphasized that the woman in Aden found herself alone after her family was subjected to kidnapping and arrest in the south.

The director of the Women’s Department pointed out that the people of Aden have become homeless and displaced, looking for a safe city in Yemen.
