Young woman kidnapped in Aden by gunmen

ADEN, May 03 (YPA) – A woman in her twenties was abducted from a street in Aden city, southern Yemen, by unidentified gunmen who are thought to be members of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) militia, which is supported by the UAE.

The 20-year-old woman, Donia Yasser Farouk, was abducted from a street in the Al-Mualla neighborhood on Tuesday by unidentified gunmen aboard a bus, according to information provided by local sources to the Yemeni Press Agency.

The young woman, who was en route to the university in the Khormaksar district, was kidnapped by the gunmen at gunpoint, according to the sources.
