SANAA, May 02 (YPA) – The Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the capital, Sanaa, said that Pacific International Lines (PIL), a shipping company is going to resume its shipping services to the port of Hodeida.
In a statement, the Chamber said that the company will resume its navigational activities from all the usual ports of its lines to the port of Hodeida through the port of Djibouti as of next Wednesday.
It called on merchants to communicate with the company’s office in Sana’a to receive FOB reservations, pointing out that those who wish to make reservations of the type “C&F” must communicate with the company’s agents at various shipping ports.
This comes at a time when the port of Hodeida is witnessing a rapid growth in its commercial activities with an increase in the flow of ships, after Saudi-led coalition eases some restrictions imposed on the port.
