One militant of STC killed, 3 others injured in attack by Al-Qaeda in Abyan

ABYAN, May 01 (YPA) – Four militants of the UAE-backed “Southern Transitional Council” militia were killed and wounded on Monday in Abyan province in southern Yemen.

According to local residents, al-Qaeda elements targeted a military patrol with an explosive device in the village of Al-Buqaira in Aomran valley east of Maodiya district, leaving one dead and three injured.

Residents confirmed that the explosion completely destroyed one of the armored vehicles.
