Popular rallies held in Hodeida to reject coalition siege

HODEIDA, March 10 (YPA) – Several popular protest rallies was staged on Friday in Hodeida province to reject the siege imposed by the Saudi-led coalition against the Yemeni people.

In the rallies, the participants called on the aggression coalition forces to leave the southern provinces and stop plundering of Yemen’s wealth.

They stressed the importance of continuing steadfastness to confront the occupiers, foremost of which is America, which is leading the war against the Yemeni people to achieve its colonial ambitions.

The protesters emphasized that the blockade and the humanitarian crisis Yemen witnessing under the cover of legitimacy and the aggression countries that fuel conflicts among their have become just an open game and mixing of cards to continue imposing their plans to destroy Yemen.

The rallies also warned the countries of coalition against the consequences of remaining in occupying the southern provinces and using the economic card in an attempt to bring the Yemeni people under their control.
