WORLD, March. 04 (YPA) – Robert Kennedy, nephew of former US President John F. Kennedy, announced that he is considering running for president in the upcoming US elections.
“I am thinking about it yes. I have passed the biggest hurdle, that my wife has greenlighted it,” Kennedy told a crowd in New Hampshire on Friday, according to reports.
According to Fox News, if Kennedy agrees to run for president, he will run for the Democratic Party.
The 2024 US presidential election will be the 60th presidential election, scheduled for November next year.
In the same context, American businessman Perry Johnson announced on Friday his intention to run in the upcoming elections.
The Associated Press, citing a message from the businessman’s election campaign, reported that “Johnson announced his intentions to a group of supporters.”
Johnson tried to run for governor of Michigan last year, but the state election board found that he had submitted thousands of false signatures in his support.
