New scenes show preparations for storming Maashiq Palace in Aden

ADEN, Feb. 28 (YPA) – Dozens of militants of the so-called “Southern Resistance” gathered on Tuesday in Parade Square in the center of the city of Aden, which is under the control of the Saudi-led coalition.

Local sources said that the militants led by Abdel Nasser Al-Bawah gathered in Parade Square in Khor Maksar, using various types of weapons, in preparation for storming Maashiq Palace after cordoning off the Crater area from all sides.

UAE-funded Southern Transitional Council (STC)’s activists circulated a video showing the leader Al-Bawah with the gunmen in the Square.

This came after the so-called Southern Resistance” announced its rejection of statements of Al-Alimi, a head of Saudi-formed Presidential Council, during the past days, “to transfer solutions to the southern issue for an indefinite period.”
