Sporadic light rains expected to prevail over various provinces within coming hours

SANAA, Feb. 27 (YPA) – The National Center of Meteorology is expected rainfall on parts of some provinces of Yemen during the coming hours.

The center stated, in its expected weather bulletin on Monday, that sporadic light to moderate rains, accompanied by thunderstorms, would fall in parts of Saada, Hajjah, Mahweet, Raymah, Amran, Sanaa, Dhamar, and Ibb.

The bulletin indicated that the rains may be extended to the north of Dhalea and the south of Bayda province, with moderate to active winds blowing on the south of the western coast and the entrance to Bab Al-Mandab, reaching 25 knots.

The center warned citizens in areas where rain expected of the flow of torrential rains in the reefs and valleys, calling motorists to drive carefully on the mountainous roads due to the rain fall.
