Military leaders in STC begin returning to Aden

ADEN, Feb. 11 (YPA) – Military leaders in the Southern Transitional Council (STC) militia began returning to Aden on Saturday, coinciding with the start of the handover of the city to factions affiliated with Saudi Arabia.

Media sources reported the arrival of a number of leaders during the past hours, most notably Khader Homsan, the commander of the eighth brigade lightning, expecting more to arrive in the coming days.

The arrival of the leaders came despite the Saudi decision to ban the return of the transitional military leaders recently.

These moves coincide with the start of coalition’s handover of Aden to the forces of the “homeland shield” in preparation for the expulsion of the STC militia from the city.
