Italian website: Saudi Arabia kills innocent people in Yemen with US and European weapons

SANAA, Feb. 06 (YPA) – The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is one of the largest importers of war machines from European countries and NATO member states, since the start of its aggressive war against Yemen, which claimed the lives of tens of thousands of innocent people, a Western media website reported.

The Italian left-wing political current, Left website, confirmed in a report that Saudi Air Force pilots are training at the Italian Pozzoli Air Academy and aviation colleges.

It added that Italy sells weapons and provides training to a dark monarchy that overthrew Yemen and committed bloody massacres against civilians and created the worst humanitarian crisis in the past seven years.

The report added that the Saudi kings were able to violate international law thanks to the military logistical support provided by the United States and the United Kingdom and the support of the Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Jordan, Egypt and Sudan.

The Italian website reported that they had done so with weapons sold by the largest American and European defense industrial companies. Moreover, in 2017, Russia sold Saudi Arabia S-400 Triumph anti-aircraft batteries.

It also sold the 9M Kornet-M anti-tank guided missile systems, launchers or field rocket launchers of the TOS-1 type, and modern AK-103 assault rifles.

The report added that in the same year, during Trump’s presidency, the United States signed a huge $110 billion contract with the Saudi princes.
