Militia member of STC brutally killed in Aden

ADEN, Feb. 01 (YPA) – One of the militias members of the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC has been brutally killed by a citizen in Yemen’s southern port city of Aden.

This was reported by Yemen News Portal on Wednesday, based on testimonies of local sources.

According to the sources, a citizen killed one of the escorts of Captain Alaa Al-Mashriqi, the commander of the Security Belt forces in the district of Sheikh Othman, with an axe.

The citizen directed successive strikes against the soldier, “Alaa Ahmed Awad,”, which lead to the smash of his head, the sources said, adding the attack took place in front of the education office in the district of Sheikh Othman.

The bad domination of the STC militia provoked the citizen to take revenge on the soldier  in a gruesome way in the city, one of the sources said.
