3 injured in stabbing attack in Brussels

WORLD, Jan. 31 (YPA) – At least three people were injured on Monday, one of them in critical condition, in a stabbing attack in the Belgian capital, Brussels.

According to the agency “AFP”, the Belgian Federal Police said in a statement: “Three people were injured in the attack, which took place today inside a metro station in the European institutions district in the Belgian capital, Brussels.

It added that “one of the wounded is in critical condition.”

According to Step, a railway operator in Brussels, the attack partially disrupted traffic on the two metro lines that run through Schuman station while waiting for police to complete their field investigations.
