Oil, Minerals Minister inspects oil company in Hodeidah

HODEIDAH, June 29 (YPA) – Minister of Oil and Minerals, Ahmad Abdullah Dars,  and the Executive Director of Yemen Oil Company, Yasser Al-Wahidi, inspected on Friday  the progress of the Hodeidah oil facility.

During the visit, Dars and Al-Wahidi briefed on the process of loading the fuel oil from the facility to the Hodeidah power station and the Amran cement plant through an additional platform created for the fuel oil to increase the loading process.

Dars praised the efforts of the leadership and employees of the company’s branch in Hodeidah and their dedication to work, which contributes to alleviating the suffering of citizens in the province, especially during the hot summer.

The Oil Company officials in Hodeidah said that the work of the Hodeidah company is going on 24 hours to provide the needs of local markets of oil derivatives in different provinces.

The officials  pointed to the stability of the situation in the company’s branch in Hodeidah due to the efforts and cooperation of workers and employees of the branch, who do their duty despite the difficulties experienced by the province.
