Tribesmen take control over first military point of Islah in Shabwa

SHABWA, Dec. 22 (YPA) – Shabwa tribes on Thursday took control of the first military post belonging to Islah militants in Arma district, east of Ataq city.

Local sources confirmed that the militants of Arma tribes loyal to UAE, took control of a point belonging to Islah militants near the camp of Arin, after violent confrontations between them, without mentioning any casualties.

This comes after Arma district tribes granted Islah militants last Tuesday a 48-hour deadline to leave the camp.
