Member of Ansarullah: America’s insistence on continuing war reveals falsity of peace slogans
SANAA, Dec. 15 (YPA) – Member of the Political Bureau of Ansarullah, Abdulwahhab Al-Mahbashi, on Thursday confirmed that the US administration has taken the slogan of peace in Yemen as a way to continue the war on Yemen through the continuous support of the Saudi-led coalition.
Al-Mahbashi said, in a press statement Thursday, that “America insists on continuing the war and the blockade by rejecting a draft resolution to stop Saudi Arabia’s support for its aggression against Yemen.”
He pointed out that the US administration presented itself as “a dove of peace in the past elections by claiming to stop the war, but today it has shown that it wants the war to continue.”
Al-Mahbashi pointed out that the Biden’s administration is lying to the American people and the world, and “today it stands in the way of any attempt to stop the war on Yemen.”
“There is no difference between the American administrations, as all of them are not keen on peace and human rights, but are terrorist administrations that attack other countries” he added.
He made it clear that the coalition’s bets are all lost, and that the Yemeni people will not be broken by the siege.
Al-Mahbashi continued, saying: “Our armed forces are ready to face any escalation or lightning operations in which the Americans may intervene directly.”
