Newsweek: Ukraine’s critical infrastructure could collapse in several weeks

WORLD, Dec. 07 (YPA) – Ukraine’s energy infrastructure may stop working by Catholic Christmas, the newspaper “Newsweek” reported

Quoting Mercy Corps Foundation, the paper said the energy infrastructure could collapse completely within several weeks if the bombing continues.

The representative of the Mercy Corps, Michael Yang, noted that power outages in the territory of Ukraine can last not for hours and days but for whole weeks. Many cities will become “uninhabitable within 4 months” due to low temperatures.
