Aden Electricity announces gradual exit from service

ADEN, Dec. 05 (YPA) – Aden electricity announced on Monday that the process of supplying diesel fuel and crude oil to power plants in the province has stalled, warning at the same time that the power plant will be completely out of Service.

The foundation renewed its appeal to “Riyadh presidential council” and government of coalition, the need to expedite the provision of fuel for generating stations from diesel and crude oil materials for Metromsila station before the remaining power plants are out of service, due to fuel depletion.

The foundation pointed out that its appeal came after all concerned parties were unable to provide fuel despite repeating their official letters.

This led to the exit of 40% of the current generating stations in Aden electricity and an increase in the hours of interruptions in the city.

The foundation expressed its deep regret to the citizens due to the increase in the hours of power outages due to the depletion of fuel.
