STC militias storm top official’s house in Abyan

ABYAN, Nov. 03 (YPA) – The UAE-supported Southern Transitional Council (STC) militia stormed on Thursday the of a senior official in Abyan province, south of Yemen.

Local sources affirmed that the militia of so-called “Security Belt” broke into the house of the deceased former deputy governor of Abyan, Mohammed Saleh Hadan, and took his son, “Ali” and three other relatives to one of secret places.

On Wednesday, the STC militia imposed a curfew on Al-Mahfad sons in Abyan, including the motorcycles’ drivers and critical illness cases, under the pretext of fighting al-Qaeda in the area.
