Syria: Security forces eliminate number of Daesh terrorists in Daraa

DARAA, Nov. 01 (YPA) – Syrian security services eliminated a number of Daesh terrorists and confiscated a large amount of ammunition in Daraa city, the state-run SANA news agency (SANA) reported on Monday, citing a security source.

“The Security apparatus, in cooperation with local and civil groups, are carrying out a special security operation against some cells of Daesh terrorists to the south of Daraa that led to the killing of several of them and confiscating large quantities of weapons hidden in one of the storehouses,” a security source told SANA.

The source added that the operation aims to restore security and stability to some neighborhoods of southern Daraa.
