Dozens of detained fishermen arrive at Hodeida

HODEIDA, Oct. 30 (YPA) – About 69 Yemeni fishermen, who had been detained by the Eritrean authorities in the international waterway or Yemeni territorial waters for 4 months, arrived on Sunday at Hodeida province.

General Authority for Fisheries in the Red Sea said in a statement they were tortured and only given one meal per day inside Eritrean jails, which is not suitable for a human being.
The statement stressed the keenness of the local authority to alleviate their suffering and to stand by them.
