STC in Mahra holds pro-coalition authorities responsible for armed clashes

MAHRA, Oct. 24 (YPA) – The UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC)’s executive body in Mahra province, eastern Yemen, on Monday held the authorities loyal to Saudi-led coalition responsible for the armed clashes in the province.

This comes in the statement issued by the STC regarding the armed clashes that erupted between Al Za’abnout and Al Ra’fet tribes in Shehin district.

The STC expressed its deep regret over the renewed conflict between the tribes in Mahra, calling on the pro-coalition authority to play its role in maintaining the stability of the province.
