Shura committees stress need to develop educational process

SANAA, Oct. 22 (YPA) – Leaders of the Education, Scientific Research, Constitutional and Legal Committees of the Shura Council on Saturday stressed the need to place proposals and visions to develop and modernize the educational process in line with the requirements of the stage.

At the meeting, the Speaker of the Shura Council, Mohammed Al-Aidarous, praised the efforts of the Ministry of Education in continuing the educational process despite the difficulties and challenges imposed by the aggression, the siege, and the suspension of teachers’ salaries.

Al-Aidarous indicated the importance of taking the necessary measures for the ministry to overcome the obstacles facing the disbursement of incentives for teachers so that they can continue to perform their tasks in an optimal manner.

In turn, the Deputy Chairman of the Constitutional and Legal Committee at the Council, Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Mukhtar, emphasized the importance of reviewing the rules and regulations related to education to improve the educational process.
