Armed attack hits educational institution in Taiz

TAIZ, Sept. 22 (YPA) – A militant of Islah Party attacked a primary education school’s principal in Al-Misrakh district of Taiz province.

Local sources affirmed that the director of the 7 July School in Al-Hajma and Al-Kassar area of the al-Misrakh district, Badr Mohammed Abdul-Majid, was assaulted and insulted by Ibrahim Saif, who drew his weapon and threatened to kill the principal.

The sources indicated that the school teachers announced during the past few days their strike and the suspension of education process until the arrest and accountability of the accused of the assault.
