OCCUPIED PALESTINE, Sept. 18 (YPA) – A young Palestinian man was injured by live bullets last night during an Israeli occupation army raid on the village of Husan, near the city of Bethlehem in the southern West Bank, Palestinian media reported.
According Wafa news agency, the occupation forces stormed the village after midnight, sparking confrontations with local Palestinian protesters, during which a young Palestinian man was injured by live bullets in his thigh bone. He was rushed to hospital for medical treatment.
In the context, the enemy forces launched a campaign of arrests in various areas of the West Bank on Sunday morning.
Local sources said that the occupation forces arrested Juma al-Tayeh, a leader in the Islamic Jihad, from the city of Ramallah, and the liberated prisoner Abdul Rahman al-Jalis from the Jalazoun camp.
Moreover, Israeli occupation forces detained two young Palestinian men, Mohammad and Wasim Al-Sa’di, after ransacking their homes in Silat Al-Harithiya town, Jenin. The forces confiscated Mohammad’s vehicle.
In Bethlehem, the enemy forces arrested and handed over a number of young men to intelligence for review as they stormed the town of Teqoa, southeast of the city.
