NMC launches warning for citizens in 16 provinces

SANAA, Sept. 13 (YPA) – The National Meteorological Center warned on Tuesday drivers of vehicles on roads and mountain turns of a decrease in the horizontal visibility range as a result of precipitation, fog formation, low clouds and rock and mudslides.

 In its weather bulletin, the center warned citizens in the areas expected to receive rain from being in valleys and corridors of torrents.

 The center also alerted sea visitors and fishermen in Socotra archipelago of the sea disturbance and wave height, which may reach up to 6 meters.
