UAE-backed “Security belt” member murdered in Aden

ADEN, Sept. 13 (YPA) – Citizens in the city of Aden, southern Yemen, on Tuesday found a dead member of the UAE-funded “Security Belt” forces.

Informed sources said that the citizens found the body of the conscript in the security belt, Wafi Abu Saleh, from Al-Memdara area in Sheikh Othman district, on Monday, in a deserted area with bullet wounds in heart.

The recruit was kidnapped and killed in Al-Masa’bin area, east of Aden, the sources added, without revealing the identity of the perpetrators.

Over the past years, the areas under the control of the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) militia have witnessed widespread chaos, and spread of assassination and kidnapping crimes, which are registered against unknown persons.
