Speaker of Parliament congratulates his Brazilian counterpart on National Day

SANAA, Sept. 06 (YPA) – The Speaker of Parliament, Yahya Ali Al-Ra’i, on Tuesday sent a cable of congratulations to the Speaker of the Brazilian Parliament, Arthur Cesar Pereira De Lira.

In the cable, Al-Ra’i expressed his congratulations to Arthur on his country’s celebrations of the National Day.
