One of coalition’s recruit kills his father in Shabwa

SHABWA, Sept. 03 (YPA) – A member of UAE-backed “Shabwa defense” militia killed his father in Shabwa province, eastern Yemen, on Saturday.

According to informed sources, one of the elements of “Shabwa defense” of Southern Transitional militias, shot his father Abdullah Bahaj dead with his personal weapon in Al-Rawda area east of Ataq city, the capital of the province.

The recruit killed his father after returning from “Shabwa defense” camp in Bayhan, while he was drunk after making up a problem with the family out of nothing, to be arrested and sent to the district’s prison, the sources confirmed.

The sources accused the recruit of using and promoting narcotic substance among his partners, while the citizen was taken to a hospital and placed in the hospital refrigerator.
