Several Zionist soldiers injured in shooting attack in Tulkarm

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, 16 (YPA) – A number of Israeli occupation soldiers were wounded on Monday evening, in a shooting attack near Tulkarm.

A spokesman for the Zionist enemy army said that “a force of the enemy army came under attack by gunmen riding in a speeding car near Tulkarm.”

For their part, Hebrew sources indicated that the attack left several soldiers injured, some in serious condition, as helicopters rushed to the scene to transport the wounded.

The enemy imposed military control on all channels around the operation, which was carried out by militants before they could withdraw peacefully.

In turn, the Hebrew Channel 14 explained that the force came under fire from two directions, and the perpetrators  withdrew from the scene, and a follow-up operation is under way.

Later, the enemy army claimed in a preliminary investigation that the incident in Tulkarm was caused by friendly fire and not an operation carried out by Palestinians.
