Rains expect to be continue in various provinces within coming hours

SANAA, Aug. 09 (YPA) – The National Center of Meteorology has expected the continuation of rain, accompanied by thunderstorms, over the coming 24 hours.

The center, in its weather bulletin, said that rain of varying intensity would be likely on the interior hills of Jawf, Marib, Bayda, and Abyan, Shabwa and Hadramout.

According to the center, winds might be strong, ranging between 25-55 knots in the Socotra archipelago and 15-25 knots in the Gulf of Aden and the eastern and southern coasts.

He called on citizens to take caution against mud and rock slides, and low horizontal visibility due to rain and low, dense clouds, especially on mountainous roads.
