Deputy FM calls on coalition to strengthen confidence-building steps

SANAA, Aug. 03 (YPA) – Deputy Foreign Minister in Sanaa, Hussein Al-Ezzi, called on the Saudi-led coalition to strengthen confidence-building steps by fulfilling its humanitarian purposes during the UN current truce.

“At the forefront of humanitarian purposes is the payment of salaries and the lifting of restrictions on Sanaa airport and Hodeida port of, as they are illegal and inhumane restrictions,”Al-Ezzi said on Twitter on Wednesday.

He also called on the United Nations and the coalition party to proceed with honest intentions and cooperation for the sake of peace in Yemen and the region in general.
