Media: US mercenaries talk about problems in the Ukrainian army

WORLD, Jul. 27 (YPA) – US mercenaries in the Ukrainian armed forces are suffering from a lack of military machinery and equipment, Newsweek reported.

The magazine quoted informed sources and mercenaries as saying, “When the Russians advanced in the east (Ukraine). One of the reasons for this was the fact that we couldn’t get equipment like night vision goggles and batteries.”

“Due to the lack of batteries (charging batteries), computers could not be charged to use American spear systems, which were “useless without computers,” they added.

The magazine pointed to problems in the supplying and the lack of weapons arose due to bureaucracy, “there is a serious shortage of armored vehicles in the foreground, yet when an English volunteer tried to send 27 cars to the country, they were detained at customs”.
