Shura condemns Saudi regime’s allowing Hebrew channel reporter to enter holy sites

SANAA, Jul. 23 (YPA) – The Shura Council condemned on Saturday the Saudi regime’s allowing the reporter of the Zionist Channel 13 to enter the holy sites and to roam in Makkah Al-Mukarramah and stand on Arafa Mount in a clear provocation to the feelings of Arabs and Muslims.

In a statement, issued today, the Shura Council considered that this behavior is an explicit violation of the texts of the Qur’an and Sunnah that forbade these places to the Jews and polytheists until the Day of Judgment.

The statement stressed that the Saudi regime, with this behavior, reveals beyond any doubt the reality of the family of Saud, who worked and have worked since their presence on the Arabian Peninsula on the war of Islam and Muslims.

“The Saudi regime, at a time when it prevents many members of the nation from performing the Hajj, imposes exorbitant sums on them and besieges the Yemeni Muslim people for eight years, opens the airspace of the land of the Two Holy Mosques to the usurping Zionist entity and hands over the islands of Najd and Hijaz in the Red Sea to the Zionists and allows them to roam in Holy places completely free,” the statement explained.

The statement held the nation’s scholars in Al-Azhar, Najaf and Al-Zaytoonah in particular, responsible for the desecration of the holy places for concealing the truth of the Al Saud while they knew it.

The Shura Council called on all Arab and Islamic peoples to take responsibility and to move seriously and effectively in all fields and arenas to express anger and condemnation for the desecration of Islamic sanctities with the complicity of the Al Saud family.
