SANAA, July. 17 (YPA) – Iran called on Sunday for regional dialogue to resolve political and security differences in the region.
Head of the Strategic Council for Foreign Policies in Iran, Kamal Kharazi, said in exclusive statements to the Al-Jazeera news network that Qatar had made important proposals regarding the regional dialogue, and Tehran had shown its full readiness for that.
He affirmed that the dialogue would launch with the participation of Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Egypt and Qatar to resolve political and security differences in the region.
Regarding his country’s nuclear program, he revealed that Tehran had the technical capabilities to manufacture a nuclear bomb and conducted extensive maneuvers with the goal of striking Israel’s depth, in case “our sensitive facilities were targeted.”
“The Israeli enemy is in a phase of weakness, and that US President Joe Biden’s support for it “will not bring it back to the fore,”Kharazi said, adding that “targeting our security from neighboring countries will meet with a response.”
