ADEN, Jul.04 (YPA) – A suffocating fuel crisis continued to hit Yemen’s southern province of Aden and other occupied provinces, which began weeks ago amid a deficit and failure of the Saudi-led coalition, coalition and Maeen Abdul-Malik Government to provide oil derivatives.
Aden has been witnessing a severe crisis for weeks, dozens of cars lining up to get fuel at petrol stations.
Aden Petroleum Company has failed to address the crisis as gasoline reaching commercial stations is insufficient despite its high prices (26,000 riyals).
This comes at a time when the Aden oil company occasionally approves a new dose of gasoline.
