Al-Mortada reveals reasons for stalemate in implementation of prisoner exchange agreement

SANAA, Jun. 26 (YPA) – Head of the National Committee for Prisoners Affairs, Abdulqadir Al-Mortada, on Sunday said that the Saudi-led coalition forces continue to be intransigent and procrastinating in submitting lists for the prisoner exchange agreement.

In a tweet on his page on Twitter, Al-Mortada noted that the UN envoy and his team are in a state of lukewarmness and condone towards the prisoner exchange agreement.
