Parliament approves draft amendment to some articles of judicial fees law

SANAA, Jun. 26 (YPA) – The Parliament approved on Sunday a draft amendment to some articles of Law No. (26) of 2013 regarding judicial fees and its amendments in light of the report of the joint committee of the Justice and Endowments Committees.

The Parliament’s approval of the draft amendment came after discussing it article by article, and voting on it in its final form, in the presence of the government side, represented by the Ministers of Justice, Judge Nabil Al-Azani, and the Minister of State for Parliament and Shura Council Affairs, Dr. Ali Abu Holiqa.
