SANAA, Jun. 12 (YPA) – President Mahdi Al-Mashat discussed with the Minister of Transport Abdulwahab Al-Durra the difficulties that are facing the transport sector as a result of the US-Saudi aggression and the siege on Yemen.
They discussed the killing, looting and violations of the coalition of aggression and its mercenaries, the latest of which was the killing of the child Akram Al-Azazi, as well as the citizen Khaled Abdullah from the Ibb governorate, in the areas under the control of the aggression.
In the meeting, President Al-Mashat confirmed that the repeated cancellation of flights scheduled for the provisions of the humanitarian truce through Sanaa International Airport constitutes a clear repudiation of the decisions of the truce by the aggression coalition, Pointing out the importance of opening roads to alleviate the suffering of citizens in Taiz governorate, and in the rest of the governorates.
For his part, the Minister of Transport touched on the problems and obstacles faced by citizens and owners of transport locomotives, looting of their properties, and killing as a result of the aggression and its mercenaries, which doubles transportation costs, leads to higher prices and exacerbates the suffering of citizens.
The Minister of Transport stressed that opening the main roads eligible for transportation would constitute a major breakthrough for citizens and alleviate their suffering.
