SANAA, Jun. 11 (YPA) – Minister of Transport, Abdulwahab Yahya Al-Durra, on Saturday chaired a meeting in Sanaa discussed the matrix of strategic, economic and service projects at the Yemeni Red Sea Ports Corporation within the national vision for the second phase (2021-2025).
The meeting reviewed the level of achievement of projects of importance implemented by the Corporation, which are under implementation and faltering, and the mechanism for resolving them in proportion to the current situation.
The Minister of Transport stressed the importance of projects in the maritime transport sector because of their direct importance in the lives of citizens.
Meanwhile, Deputy Minister Mohammed Al-Hashemi explained that the ministry’s leadership seeks to provide facilities and solve all problems to achieve the goals that advance the transport sector.
In turn, Chairman of the Yemeni Red Sea Ports Corporation, Mohammed Abu Bakr Ishaq, indicated that the corporation has made great efforts in implementing the plans and projects of the national vision, confirming that the corporation’s projects are a qualitative strategy of importance at the local and international levels.
