2 citizen killed, child injured in landmine blast in Hodeida

HODEIDA, May 28 (YPA) – Two citizens were killed on Saturday and a child injured due to a blast of landmine left behind by US-backed Saudi-led coalition’s troops in Al-Hishash village of Jarrahi district in Hodeida province.

The National Mine Action Program mentioned that the number of victims has increased since the beginning of the year to more than 300 victims, between martyrs and wounded.

The program affirmed that the coalition is still preventing the entry of equipment needed to clear these areas of mines.
